Summary: The sins of the fathers shall be visited upon the son. That's what they say. And sadly, in some cases, they're right.

History: Mrs. Townshend was an insane cannibal, and Pa couldn't bring himself to commit her. Instead, he took her and his son, the awkward but well-meaning Billy, into seclusion. From that point forward, Pa would kill unsuspecting visitors, feed the remains to the Mrs., and pin the blame on Billy to alleviate his own guilt. Poor Billy became an introverted wreck, and the victims kept coming...

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Billy falls for one of the potential victims, and in the ensuing struggle between him and his father, Mrs. Townshend is killed by Pa accidentally. Much later, Billy can finally move on with his life with his newfound friend, while Pa is left to rot in a sanitorium, pitifully lamenting the loss of his wife.

Powers/Abilities: None

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2-We deducted a potential point because not only is poor Billy completely harmless, but we just hate Pa's guts. Oh sure, you love your wife enough to kill, but what kind of father makes his son think he did it just so that he stays in line?! At least he's in a Hell of his own making...

Trivia: -During the scene when Billy drives a truck, the director said that he couldn't get it to move, so the crew had to push it to evoke a sense of it being driven.

-This was the second directorial work of William Girdler, who's previous work was "Asylum of Satan", and would go on to do films like "Grizzly" and "The Manitou".
